$44.95

Designed to be used in a group setting, this four-week study will help you continue the conversation of suicide prevention while eliminating the stigma that surrounds it. Each kit includes all the tools that participants need to engage in meaningful and productive conversations. Topics include:

  • How to help someone when you don’t know where to start or what to say.
  • What to do when you notice something unusual in the behavior of a friend.
  • How approach contemplators or survivors (those left behind) instead of avoiding them.
  • How to make sure someone knows you care.
  • How your own circle of friends, acquaintances, and community can make a difference.
